Of Christmas Malarkey, Saying No to Nog, and Wanting to Kick Engineering Professors in the Butt

I haven't posted for a few weeks because things have been rather dull around here (except for when Alyssa's around, of course; that's when things REALLY get out of control), although today we did put up our Christmas malarkey. Go us! Yeah, we're still more than a month away, but guess what? Me no care! I mean, we figured that since we're leaving for Thanksgiving week on Monday, it would be nice to get it all taken care of now. Don't spread this around, but I've been listening to Christmas music too! Hee hee! What a gimshee maker! You'll be happy to know, however, that I waited until just this past week to enjoy my first nog of the season. I was tempted on every turn to have it sooner (since before Halloween, believe it or not), but I stood by my convictions and I prevailed.

I've decided my job is pretty much a joke. You know what earth-shattering project they've got me doing now? Decorating some cubicles. No kidding. So I've taken it upon myself to apply for a job with an ESL software company in Provo. Sound right up my proverbial alley, so I hope everything works out there. TTFN.
